SHIPPING POLICY

Striped Wallpaper is a small, family run studio. As such, we have committed to packing and shipping orders one day per week. All in-stock orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Made-to-order products are processed within 3 to 6 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time for customized, made-to-order products will be communicated on a case-by-case basis. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

For your protection and the protection of your luxury goods, all large orders will ship fully insured.

Please note there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will do our very best to communicate this with you in a timely manner.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES and ESTIMATES

We have accommodated the most reasonable shipping rates we can find. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most products receive reduced shipping rates for multiples of the same type of item.

 

IN-STUDIO PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Striped Wallpaper studio. Before placing your order, please contact us for a local pickup coupon that will waive shipping charges. After completing check out, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5-7 business days for in-stock orders and 3-6 weeks for made-to-order products. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-studio pickup hours are flexible and arranged ahead of time. We will reach out to arrange a pickup time that works best for you.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping through our ecommerce shop. However, we are happy to ship worldwide! Please contact us for international shipping estimates.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Striped Wallpaper is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

Due to the size of Striped Wallpaper parcels, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
